Usually you can choose to travel all over your country or all over the world as well, it’s your choice. But there must be one problem that you often face. It is jet lag. 1.    The first thing you can do to avoid jet lag is to drink a lot of water when you are in the air. Best thing to do is to avoid any kinds of sugary beverages because this will cause your blood sugar level increase and make you feel even worse later. That’s why water is the best one to consume if you’re still in the air.

2.    When you’re arrived at your destination, don’t stay inside of your hotel room. Instead, you have to spend your time outside and start your journey. You can start with having breakfast of lunch as long as you don’t just stay inside and sleep. This will make your jet lag becomes worst. You have to adjust with your new time zone quickly so that you can enjoy your holiday.

3.    Reduce or even avoid caffeine one you arrived your destination. With caffeine, it will be hard for you if it’s the time to sleep already. If you feel sleepy then you have to fight because it’s not your time to sleep yet. You have to avoid slipping pills as well because it will cause more trouble for you. That’s why just act normally and enjoy your holiday because this will also help you to get over your jet lag.
