What is exactly causes the red eyes ?

Sometimes people will feel itchy in the eye or suddenly becomes red. It’s better to find out what probably is the cause. If you got a red eye, usually it could be a sign. Whether it is medical emergency or something else at least you have know first so that you can find a way to cure it. Usually if you have a red eye, it would painless. 1.    The first one, it can be a conjunctivitis. It’s an injection of protective layer covers the front part of your eyes. One of the causes of red eyes in term of conjunctivitis might be because of allergies, viruses, bacteria, or toxic substances as well.

2.    Other causes of red eyes can be because of the inflammation of the eyelashes and eyelid, or this usually called blepharitis, and this is also might be because of poor eyelid hygiene. The other causes of red eyes in term of blepharitis are because of bacterial infections, allergic reactions, or eyelid glands.

3.    The most common causes of red eyes is because a dry eye. We have tears that protect the eyes by nourishing, lubricating, and also protecting the surface of our eyes. So if we have lack of tears then it must be one of the reasons why our eyes are dry and usually get irritated as well. And surprisingly, if we use too many eye drops it would make our eyes getting red as well or even more red. That’s why it is good for you to not use many eye drops.
